Ingredients

1 Carrot

½ kilogram of Pumpkin

2 Potatoes

1 Celery stalk

1 Chopped leek

1 cup of Green beans

1 cup of Green peas

1 cup of Green fava beans

1 cup of Shelled corn

1 tablespoon of Oregano

1 tablespoon of Cilantro

1 cup of Elbow macaroni

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, it is recommended to soak the beans, fava beans, and peas for a few hours.

Step 2 : Then, cut the carrots, pumpkin, and potatoes into cubes and set aside.
