Ingredients

1 liter of Chicken or beef broth

400 grams of Ripe tomatoes

3 Slices of bread

1 tablespoon of Ground oregano

1 tablespoon of Chopped cilantro

Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by boiling the tomatoes for 5 minutes.

Step 2 : Then, remove the tomatoes from the water and place them on a colander, making sure to prick them so they release all their juice.

Step 3 : Pass the tomatoes through a sieve to extract the purée and set aside.

Step 4 : In a skillet, heat a little olive oil and sauté the diced bread.

Step 5 : Set aside the fried bread.

Step 6 : In a pot, heat the broth and add the tomato purée.

Step 7 : Mix well and season with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Step 8 : Let the mixture boil for about 5 minutes.

Step 9 : Serve the soup garnished with the fried bread cubes and decorated with chopped cilantro just before serving.
