Surubi Soup

Ingredients

1/4 kilogram of white bone

1 kilogram of chopped surubi

1 cup of cooked white rice

3 peeled potatoes cut into four

2 diced carrots

3 celery stalks

1 white onion

1 cello cut rutabaga

1 spearmint

salt to taste

pepper to taste

1/2 teaspoon of ground garlic

2 liters of about water

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, put water with salt and the well-washed bones, letting them cook for about 30 minutes.

Step 2 : Add the diced carrots, whole onion, thin strips of rutabaga, celery, spearmint, and season with salt, pepper, and garlic to taste. Let it cook for another 20 minutes.

Step 3 : Then, add the potatoes. When they are halfway cooked, add the surubi pieces and let it simmer until the fish is tenderly cooked.

Step 4 : Finally, add the cooked white rice and oregano. Mix well, and the preparation is ready to serve.
