Ingredients
½ kilogram of Beef rib
2 Onions
1 ½ kilogram of Papalisa
5 Potatoes
1 cup of Green peas
3 Red chili peppers in pods
1 Garlic clove
1 pinch of Salt

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, start chopping the onions and cutting the papalisa into sticks.
Step 2 : Then, peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds, setting them aside for later.
Step 3 : Place the meat in a pot with boiling water and salt, cooking it for about an hour until it is ready.
