Remojado Soup
Ingredients
½ kilogram of Beef bone
1 Finely chopped onion
1 Finely chopped bell pepper
2 Potatoes
1 Portion of remojado (corn, lungs, wheat, chickpeas, and fava beans)
1 tablespoon of Flour
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
6 cups of Water
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : In a pot, place the beef bones and cook.
Step 2 : In a skillet with a little oil, sauté the onion and bell pepper.
Step 3 : Then, add the sautéed vegetables to the broth and include the remojado and sliced potatoes.
Step 4 : In another skillet with a little oil, toast the flour and add it to the soup.
Step 5 : Season with salt and a pinch of pepper.
Step 6 : Cook for a few more minutes and remove from heat.
Step 7 : Serve hot.
