Ingredients

1 cup of Quinoa

8 cups of Beef broth

8 Lamb shanks

4 Small potatoes

½ cup of Peas

½ cup of Broad beans

½ cup of White onion

1 teaspoon of Oregano

1 teaspoon of Yellow chili pepper

1 teaspoon of Parsley

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : The quinoa is carefully rinsed before proceeding with the recipe.

Step 2 : In a pot, cook the beef and lamb shanks in quinoa broth.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, in another pot, cook the onion, broad beans, and small potatoes.

Step 4 : Add a teaspoon of oregano, yellow chili, black pepper, and salt to taste to the stew.

Step 5 : Once all the ingredients are cooked, serve the stew, garnished with chopped parsley for an extra flavor touch.
