Ingredients

1 kilogram of Chopped pumpkin

½ kilogram of Chicken breast fillets

4 Potatoes

1 Finely chopped onion

1 Garlic clove

1 Sliced carrot

2 Corn cobs

1 Celery stalk

250 grams of Fresh cheese

Ground oregano

½ cup of Peas

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, heat a little oil and sauté the onion along with the garlic until the onion becomes translucent.

Step 2 : Then, add the chicken cut into pieces and sear until lightly golden, seasoning with a pinch of salt and pepper.

Step 3 : Next, add water and all the chopped vegetables, along with the celery, peas, and a bit of oregano.

Step 4 : Adjust the seasoning and let cook for about 15 minutes.

Step 5 : Finally, serve hot and top with fresh cheese and a touch of ground oregano.
