Ingredients

6 Pieces of lamb or beef rib meat

1 tablespoon of Ground salt

6 Potatoes

½ cup of Peas

½ cup of Green beans

1 cup of Ground peanut

2 liters of Water for boiling the meat

1 cup of Onion

½ cup of Tomato

1 teaspoon of Cumin

2 Cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of Oregano

Chopped parsley

½ tablespoon of Ground yellow chili (or yellow pepper)

¼ cup of Oil

Preparation

Step 1 : First, cut the potatoes into four parts and peel the peas.

Step 2 : Next, chop the onion into small pieces and peel the tomato.

Step 3 : Then, sauté the onion in hot oil and prepare a pot with 3 liters of water to bring to a boil.

Step 4 : Just before it boils, add the meat to the pot and add salt, onion, tomato, cumin, oregano, chili, and garlic in a skillet with oil to brown.

Step 5 : Immediately after, add the ground peanut to the boiling water in the pot and let it cook until the meat is tender and cooked through.

Step 6 : Then, add the beans, peas, and potatoes, which should be soft.

Step 7 : To serve, place the preparation in deep plates, adding a piece of meat and potatoes to taste.

Step 8 : Finally, you can decorate with parsley for a finishing touch before enjoying this delicious dish.
