Ingredients

6 Lamb nuds or beef ribs
1 tablespoon of Ground salt
6 Potatoes
½ cup of Peas
½ cup of Green beans
1 cup of Ground peanuts
3 liters of Water for boiling the meat
1 cup of Onion
½ cup of Tomato
1 teaspoon of Cumin
2 Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of Oregano
1 tablespoon of Parsley
1 ½ tablespoon of Ground yellow chili
¼ cup of Oil

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, start by cutting the peeled potatoes into quarters, shell the peas, finely chop the onion and peeled tomato.
Step 2 : Next, fry the onion in the oil.
Step 3 : In a large pot, place the 3 liters of water over the heat.
Step 4 : Before it starts boiling, add the meat and let it boil lightly.
Step 5 : Add the salt, tomato, onion, cumin, oregano, chili, and garlic previously browned in oil.
Step 6 : Then, incorporate the ground peanuts and cook until the meat is tender and fully cooked.
Step 7 : Next, add the beans, peas, and potatoes to the pot and cook until they are soft.
Step 8 : To serve, place in deep bowls, with a piece of meat, and garnish with parsley to taste.
