Ingredients

1 Deboned chicken

2 cups of White wine

½ cup of Shelled green peas

1 Bay leaf

1 cup of White onion, sliced thinly

1 cup of Peeled and finely chopped tomato

3 Carrots cut into four

1 Seedless hot pepper, cut into pieces

1 Finely chopped sprig of thyme

1 Celery stalk

¼ cup of Finely chopped parsley

3 Whole black peppercorns

1 ½ teaspoon of Salt

2 cups of Water or broth to cover the chicken

8 Whole peeled potatoes

16 Slices of tender corn on the cob

½ cup of Seedless raisins (if desired)

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, place all ingredients in the pot, except for the potatoes, and mix very well.

Step 2 : Then, add the potatoes on top of the other ingredients.

Step 3 : Next, cook over very low heat for about two to three hours.

Step 4 : Once ready, serve a piece of chicken, potato, and corn slices in a deep plate, along with enough broth to enjoy this delicious combination.
