500 grams of Beef
500 grams of White bone
4 Lamb knots
8 Chard and spinach leaves
1 Onion
1 Carrot
1 Celery stalk
2 Garlic cloves
1 Parsley stalk
8 cups of Water
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the soup, place a pot with water over the heat and bring to a boil.
Step 2 : Then, add the beef, bones, and lamb knots, and let them cook for 2 hours.
Step 3 : Next, add the carrots and onion halved, followed by the garlic, green leaves, celery, and parsley.
