Ingredients

10 Eggs

10 tablespoons of Sugar

10 tablespoons of Sifted flour

10 tablespoons of Water

2 tablespoons of Baking powder

Preparation

Step 1 : In the mixer bowl, place the egg whites and beat until stiff peaks form.

Step 2 : Gradually add the egg yolks while continuing to beat to achieve a uniform mixture.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, prepare a syrup with the sugar and water, which is added to the eggs without stopping to beat.

Step 4 : While continuing to beat, incorporate the flour and baking powder into the mixture until it reaches a slightly liquid consistency.

Step 5 : Pour the batter into a greased and floured baking pan, then place it in a preheated oven at medium temperature.

Step 6 : Bake the cake until fully cooked, which can be checked by inserting a skewer into the center—if it comes out clean, it's ready.

Step 7 : Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool before removing from the pan.

Step 8 : This cake can be filled with any type of sweet or fruit in juice, and decorated with whipped cream or any special frosting for cakes.
