Rice Bread
Ingredients
3 cups of Rice flour
7 cups of Yuca
2 cups of Hot lard
3 teaspoons of Salt
2 tablespoons of Sugar
5 Crumbled cheese
Milk
Preparation
Step 1 : The yuca is boiled in water until soft, then drained and the fibers are removed.
Step 2 : Then it is mashed until it forms a purée.
Step 3 : The yuca is mixed with rice flour, alternating with milk until obtaining a medium-consistency dough.
Step 4 : Add the lard, salt, sugar, and cheese, then let the dough rest for one hour.
Step 5 : Form small balls with the dough and place them on a greased baking sheet, keeping them separated.
Step 6 : Bake at a high temperature until cooked through and golden.
