Cook it in water until tender and set aside.
Then, preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius and mix flour, sugar, leavening agents, salt, and quinoa in a bowl.
In another container, combine oil, milk, egg, and vanilla, whisking until a uniform cream is obtained.
This liquid mixture is added to the solid mixture and beaten.
You can add raisins, chocolate chips, or chocolate to your taste.
Then, fill the muffin molds and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.

Ingredients
50 grams of Raw quinoa
15 milliliters of Olive oil
115 grams of Bakery flour
70 grams of Brown sugar
1 Double acting baking powder
1 pinch of Salt
60 grams of Raisins
125 milliliters of Milk
1 Medium egg
½ teaspoon of Vanilla or scraped seeds from a vanilla pod

Step 2 : Cook in water (1 part quinoa to 3 parts water) until tender and set aside.
Step 3 : Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius without steam.
Step 4 : In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, leavening agents, salt, and quinoa.
Step 5 : In another container, combine oil, milk, egg, and vanilla, mixing well.
Step 6 : Add the liquid mixture to the solid mixture and beat until a uniform cream forms.
Step 7 : You can divide the mixture into three parts and add raisins to one, chocolate chips to another, and chocolate to the third.
Step 8 : Then, fill the muffin molds or cups and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until golden.
