Homemade Bread
Ingredients

8 cups of Sifted flour
2 tablespoons of Granulated yeast
1 liter of Warm water
2 Eggs
125 grams of Soft butter
4 tablespoons of Sugar
2 tablespoons of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : In a container or jug, pour the warm water and add the yeast, salt, and sugar.
Step 2 : In a large bowl, mix the flour with the butter and whole eggs.
Step 3 : Add this mixture to the previous preparation, ensuring to form a compact and soft dough.
Step 4 : Then, knead with your hands, hitting evenly, and shape the dough.
Step 5 : Cover the dough and let it rest in a warm place until it doubles in size approximately.
Step 6 : Once risen, knead briefly again and form balls of the desired size.
Step 7 : Place these in floured tins and let them rest for 15 minutes.
Step 8 : Then, flatten with your hand to form circles, or cut them with a special pastry knife if you prefer.
Step 9 : Finally, bake in a preheated oven at 180°C and bake for 30 minutes.
