2 tablespoons of Baking yeast
2 tablespoons of Sugar
2 cups of Flour
1 ½ cup of Sugar

6 Whole eggs
2 cups of Warm milk
1 tablespoon of Cognac
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
10 cups of Flour
4 cups of Raisins
1 cup of Peeled and chopped walnuts
1 cup of Candied orange peel
1 cup of Peeled and chopped almonds
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the sweet bread, start by mixing the yeast with warm water and sugar in a bowl, letting the mixture rest for 15 minutes.
Step 2 : Then, add warm water and flour, beating until a homogeneous consistency is achieved.
Step 3 : Don't worry about possible lumps, as the yeast will eliminate them during the fermentation process.
