Ingredients

4 Corn on the cob

8 Potatoes

250 grams of Medium cheese

1 tablespoon of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Anise

½ kilogram of Beans

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, bring water to a boil with anise and sugar.

Step 2 : Add the corn on the cob and cook for half an hour.

Step 3 : Meanwhile, in another pot, cook the potatoes in water with salt, along with the beans.

Step 4 : Cut the cheese into pieces and toast them in a skillet with oil until golden.

Step 5 : To serve, place a corn on each plate, a portion of beans, the toasted cheese, and the cooked potatoes.
