Ingredients

4 Surubí medallions

1 Onion

1 Tomato

1 Carrot

1 Red bell pepper

4 Garlic cloves

½ cup of Flour

1 cup of White wine

Lemon juice

2 tablespoons of Olive oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dish, season the medallions with salt and pepper, then coat them with flour.

Step 2 : Next, heat a skillet with olive oil and sear the medallions.

Step 3 : Once cooked, remove the fish and in the same skillet sauté the onion, bell pepper, garlic, and carrots.

Step 4 : Add the white wine, a pinch of salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and let it cook for about 2 minutes to evaporate the alcohol.

Step 5 : Then, place the medallions back into the skillet and top with tomato slices.

Step 6 : Cover the skillet and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes.
