Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef (sirloin)

½ kilogram of Sausages

7 Medium potatoes

3 Large onions

2 Medium tomatoes

Locotos (Bolivian chili peppers)

Oil

Ground pepper

Ground cumin

Ground garlic

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dish, first pound the meat vigorously until it forms a rounded and very thin shape.

Step 2 : Then, season it with salt, garlic, pepper, and cumin to taste.

Step 3 : For the chili, dice the locoto into small cubes and fry it in a pan with a little hot oil.

Step 4 : Add chopped onion and tomato, also in small cubes, along with a pinch of salt.

Step 5 : In another pan and stove, fry the meat, covering the pan to achieve a juicy consistency.

Step 6 : Separately, fry the potatoes in thin strips in very hot oil.

Step 7 : Then, mix all the prepared ingredients and add sliced sausages, along with the previously prepared French fries.

Step 8 : Finally, serve the dish, garnished with pieces of raw locoto cut into long strips.
