2 Chicken
10 Potatoes
8 Medium onion heads
1 ½ kilogram of Broad beans
½ kilogram of Tomato
½ pound of Yellow chili
4 Garlic cloves
1 Carrot
1 pinch of Salt
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by grinding the garlic and yellow chili, then sauté them in a bit of oil until they release their aroma.
Step 2 : Meanwhile, cook the chicken in pieces with a whole onion, a carrot, the broad beans, and salt until well done.
Step 3 : Remove from heat and set aside.
Step 4 : In a separate pot, cook the broad beans and potatoes separately.
Step 5 : Once cooked, mix the chili with the pre-cooked chicken.
Step 6 : Serve the chicken with the white potatoes and fluffy rice.
Step 7 : Finally, finely chop the onion, tomato, and locoto (hot chili).
