Ingredients

1 Chicken

½ kilogram of Fresh cheese

1 ½ kilogram of Large tunta

8 Potatoes

4 Onions

1 Tomato

½ cup of Baby peas

3 tablespoons of Chopped parsley

1 Celery

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

6 Yellow chili pods

1 tablespoon of Whole peppercorns

1 tablespoon of Whole cumin

4 Garlic cloves

Preparation

Step 1 : Two hours before starting the recipe, it is recommended to soak the tunta.

Step 2 : Then, peel and make a cut halfway through the tunta itself.

Step 3 : The potatoes should also be peeled and set aside.

Step 4 : Next, dice the celery and three onions, reserving them for later use.

Step 5 : Wash and remove the seeds from the chili.

Step 6 : On the other hand, cut the chicken, clean it, and remove the viscera.

Step 7 : Reserve the chicken pieces.

Step 8 : In a skillet with oil, fry the onions until translucent.

Step 9 : Then, add the peas, celery, parsley, sauté for a few minutes, and add the yellow chili pods, whole peppercorns, a tablespoon of cumin, and chopped garlic cloves.

Step 10 : Add the chicken pieces to the preparation and cover with water to cook.

Step 11 : Cook the potatoes in salted water, and fill the tunta with cheese and steam them.

Step 12 : To prepare the sauce, dice the tomato and onion, season with oil and salt.

Step 13 : Finally, serve the chicken accompanied by tunta, potatoes, and the sauce.

Step 14 : Pour the cooking juices over the dish and enjoy a delicious meal.
