8 Peeled and cooked white potatoes separately
Chuno phuti (dried potatoes)

Preparation
Step 1 : To begin, the meat should be pounded on a mortar or pestle until completely thin, then chopped into small pieces.
Step 2 : In a pot, place the chopped meat along with all the other ingredients.
Step 3 : Bring the preparation to a boil over high heat, then lower to a simmer, cooking until everything is well done, which may take about an hour.
Step 4 : If the mixture tends to dry out, add broth or hot water to keep it juicy.
Step 5 : To serve, suggest placing the preparation in a deep plate accompanied by a boiled white potato, grain rice, or chuno phuti, and raw sauce on top.
