Saice, Pasede Variant
Ingredients

1 kilogram of Ground meat
1 kilogram of Potato
¼ liter of Oil
2 tablespoons of Red chili pepper
1 teaspoon of Oregano, cumin, pepper, garlic
1 pinch of Salt
1 cup of Shelled peas
2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley
1 Large onion
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first peel and dice the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 2 : Then, finely chop the onion and garlic.
Step 3 : In a skillet with a little hot oil, add the onion and garlic.
Step 4 : Season to taste and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the onion changes color.
Step 5 : Once the onion is ready, add the red chili pepper, pepper, and stir well.
Step 6 : Next, add the ground meat and peas, cooking until they release their juices.
Step 7 : Cook for about 10 more minutes, then add the previously cooked potatoes.
Step 8 : Mix all the ingredients and serve alongside rice, noodles, beef stew, and salad.
