3 kilograms of Peas
½ kilogram of Potatoes
1 Chopped onion
3 Eggs
2 tablespoons of Chopped parsley
1 Grated cheese dish
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : Start by shelling and boiling the peas in boiling water.
Step 2 : Then, prepare the potatoes by peeling and slicing them into thin strips for frying in hot oil.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, prepare a sauté combining oil, onion, and seasonings in a skillet.
Step 4 : Add the peas and whole eggs to the mixture, followed by the fried potatoes and small pieces of cheese.
Step 5 : Add parsley to taste and stir everything very well.
