1 kilogram of Beef pulp

2 Onions

1 Chopped tomato

5 Potatoes

1 tablespoon of Parsley

2 Eggs

Oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the scrambled eggs, first peel and chop the potatoes into pieces, cook them for a few minutes, then set aside.

Step 2 : Next, chop the meat and season with salt and pepper, then fry in oil.

Step 3 : In a separate pan, add a little oil and sauté the onion, tomato, and parsley.

Step 4 : Then add the potatoes and meat, mixing with the sautéed ingredients.

Step 5 : Next, add the lightly beaten eggs, a pinch of salt and pepper, and cook until the eggs are done.

Step 6 : Finally, serve the scrambled eggs accompanied by rice and fresh salad.
