Ingredients

1 kilogram of Ground beef

1 cup of Scallions

¼ cup of Red wine

1 teaspoon of Minced garlic

2 tablespoons of Butter

2 tablespoons of Lemon juice

6 tablespoons of Flour

½ teaspoon of Nutmeg

1 teaspoon of Pepper

1 teaspoon of Cumin

2 Eggs

Lettuce

Broccoli

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Place the ground meat in a bowl, add the eggs, and mix.

Step 2 : Next, add the red wine and mix, followed by lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped scallions, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.

Step 3 : Incorporate the flour and mix until a homogeneous dough is achieved.

Step 4 : Flour a rolling board and add chopped bell pepper to the meat filling.

Step 5 : Form a compact roll with the dough and place it in a floured rectangular bowl, spreading butter on top.

Step 6 : Then bake at maximum temperature for thirty minutes.

Step 7 : Once cooked, grill the roll to brown it and serve with the desired garnish.
