Ingredients

½ kilogram of Charque (dried beef)

6 cups of Water

1 Tomato

1 Finely chopped onion

1 teaspoon of Colorant

2 Ajinomoto packets

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious majadito, first wash the charque until it loses its saltiness, then boil it until it is soft and grind it in a mortar.

Step 2 : In a skillet, fry the onion and add the chopped tomato seasoned with ajinomoto and pepper.

Step 3 : Once the tomato is cooked, add the charque and a bit of colorant, cooking for 5 minutes.

Step 4 : In a pot with 6 cups of boiling water, add the mixture with the charque and rice, cooking until they are tender.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the majadito accompanied by plantains and fried eggs. Enjoy this delicious recipe!
