Ingredients

8 Tomatoes

4 Locotos or red rocoto chili peppers

3 Green chili peppers

1 tablespoon of Chopped onion

1 teaspoon of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : Cut the tomatoes in half and extract their juice into a bowl.

Step 2 : In a blender, add the tomato pulp, locotos or red rocoto chili peppers, green chili peppers, and onion until a very fine paste forms.

Step 3 : Add salt and continue blending a little more to blend all the flavors.

Step 4 : Remove the paste from the blender and mix with the tomato juice you set aside at the beginning.
