Ingredients

1 kilogram of Beef jerky

2 cups of Cooked mote

2 Potatoes

Lemon slices

Oil for frying

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, first cook the beef jerky, previously washed, until it is tender.

Step 2 : Once cooked, remove the jerky and give it a few knocks to stretch it out (mash), then cut it into cubes.

Step 3 : Next, fry the meat in very hot oil, making sure the pieces become very crispy.

Step 4 : Once fried, serve the meat accompanied by mote, fried potatoes, llajua, and lemon slices.
