Ingredients

1 kilogram of Surubí

1 Onion

2 Tomatoes

1 Bell Pepper

2 Cloves of garlic

1 Lemon

2 tablespoons of Vinegar

1 tablespoon of Cilantro

2 tablespoons of Oil

1 cup of Coconut milk

1 cup of White wine

Salt, pepper, and oregano

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this recipe, start by marinating the chopped fish in a bowl with lemon juice and vinegar.

Step 2 : In a skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until transparent.

Step 3 : Add the tomatoes and bell pepper.

Step 4 : Then add salt, pepper, oregano, cilantro, and the wine, and wait for the alcohol to reduce.

Step 5 : Once ready, place the fish in the skillet and add the coconut milk.

Step 6 : Cook covered on low heat for about 15 minutes.

Step 7 : To serve, accompany the fish stew with rice, fried yuca, and salad.
