Fake Rabbit
Ingredients

¾ kilogram of Beef
1 cup of Shelled peas
4 Yellow chili powder
½ teaspoon of Cumin
½ teaspoon of Pepper
1 cup of Breadcrumbs
2 Onions
1 Finely chopped garlic
12 Potatoes
Oil
1 pinch of Salt
1 teaspoon of Oregano
2 Onions
2 Tomatoes
1 tablespoon of Finely chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1 : Begin by finely chopping the onion.
Step 2 : Then, sauté in a little oil until transparent.
Step 3 : Add the yellow chili, garlic, pepper, cumin, and oregano, and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4 : Next, add the peas and 4 cups of water, letting it cook until the peas are tender.
Step 5 : Meanwhile, cut the meat into fillets and coat with breadcrumbs, pressing with a mortar.
Step 6 : Breaded fillets are fried in oil and added to the stew.
Step 7 : Let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 8 : To prepare the sauce, dice the onion and tomatoes.
Step 9 : Season with salt and oil.
Step 10 : When serving, present the "fake rabbit" accompanied by potatoes with sauce on top.
Step 11 : Garnish with parsley as desired.
