2 Trout

2 Lemons

Cilantro

Pre-cooked cornmeal

1 pinch of Salt

Oil

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by filleting the fish and seasoning it with salt and pepper, then squeeze the lemons into a mortar and add the garlic, crushing and mixing the preparation well.

Step 2 : Next, marinate the fish with this mixture.

Step 3 : On a plate, place the cornmeal and coat the trout in it.

Step 4 : Then, take the fish to a skillet with hot oil to fry it.

Step 5 : Once ready, remove excess oil and serve with potato aji.
