Ingredients

2 kilograms of Pork

4 Finely chopped onions

5 Garlic cloves

2 Beer bottles

Soy oil

2 Meat cubes

2 Beers

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Season the meat with salt and pepper.

Step 2 : In a pot, heat a little oil over the stove.

Step 3 : Add the meat and try to sear it on all sides.

Step 4 : Remove the meat and set aside.

Step 5 : In the same pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.

Step 6 : Return the meat to the pot and add beer, soy sauce, and the meat cubes.

Step 7 : Cook over low heat until the meat is tender.

Step 8 : Remove the meat and cut into not-too-thin fillets.

Step 9 : Place the fillets in the pot and add a bit of water.

Step 10 : Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed, then let cook for about 5 more minutes.

Step 11 : Serve the fillets on a platter and drizzle with the sauce.

Step 12 : Serve with rice and potatoes.
