1 cup of Broken and dried corn
2 ½ tablespoons of Corn flour
½ teaspoon of Baking soda
1 Cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon of Anise
Sugar
1 liter of Water

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious corn drink, first soak the corn in hot water overnight.
Step 2 : The next day, bring a pot to boil with the cinnamon and anise for about 15 minutes.
Step 3 : Once the mixture has cooled slightly, return it to the pot and add the corn.
Step 4 : Allow to boil until the corn is soft; then add the baking soda and sugar.
Step 5 : Next, dissolve the flour in half a cup of cold water and add it to the mixture, stirring constantly until it thickens.
