Ingredients

1 Bottle of singani

2 liters of Natural or condensed milk

4 tablespoons of Sugar

4 Cinnamon sticks

2 Egg yolks

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

1 teaspoon of Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the recipe, start by boiling the milk with the cinnamon.

Step 2 : Before removing from heat, add the cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water and let it boil for another 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 3 : Once removed from heat, incorporate the previously beaten egg yolks with a little cold milk.

Step 4 : Whisk the entire mixture and gradually add the sugar and vanilla.

Step 5 : Finally, serve the preparation hot.
