2 Ripe plantains
6 tablespoons of Sugar
3 Cinnamon sticks
3 Cloves
2 cups of Water
Milk
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the plantains in a pot along with water, cinnamon, cloves, and sugar.
Step 2 : Cook over low heat until the water reduces and a purée forms.
Step 3 : Then remove the cinnamon and cloves, and mash the plantains.
