Mocochinchi Refreshing Drink
Ingredients

1 kilogram of Mocochinchi
3 cups of Sugar
3 liters of Water
1 Cinnamon stick
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the Mocochinchi, soak the peaches overnight in water, ensuring they are well covered.
Step 2 : The next day, boil the peaches with water (optionally adding a cinnamon stick) for about 2 hours until they are soft.
Step 3 : Meanwhile, prepare a syrup with the sugar until it takes on a semi-dark caramel color.
Step 4 : Once the peaches are cooked, add the caramel syrup and stir until completely dissolved.
Step 5 : Then, remove from heat and let it cool.
Step 6 : Serve the Mocochinchi well chilled, and if desired, with ice.
