Then, prepare a mixture with cinnamon, cloves, and hot sugar.
Cook on low heat for several hours, adding water at intervals to maintain the consistency.

Mocochinchi Camba
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Dried peaches
3 liters of Water
3 Cinnamon sticks
10 Cloves
250 grams of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this refreshing beverage, start by dividing the water into two parts and placing them in separate containers.
Step 2 : In one of them, soak the dried peaches from the previous night, making sure they are completely covered.
Step 3 : In the other container with water, add cinnamon, cloves, and sugar, mixing all the ingredients well.
Step 4 : Next, heat the mixture in a covered pot over low heat for about 2 hours, adding half a cup of water every 10 or 15 minutes to prevent it from drying out.
Step 5 : It is important to taste the preparation during the process, adjusting the flavor balance with more water or sugar as needed.
Step 6 : Once cooked, remove the mixture from heat and serve the drink as cold as possible, adding ice cubes to keep it fresh.
Step 7 : As a final touch, pieces of the peaches used in the preparation can be placed in each glass, following the tradition.
