Mocochinchi
Ingredients
1 kilogram of Mocochinchi peaches
3 cups of Sugar
3 liters of Water
1 Cinnamon stick
Preparation
Step 1 : The mocochinchi peaches are soaked in water for about 8 hours.
Step 2 : Then, they are boiled in water for two hours along with a cinnamon stick.
Step 3 : A syrup is prepared with the water and sugar.
Step 4 : Next, the syrup is added to the cooked peaches, stirring well until completely dissolved.
Step 5 : Once the preparation is ready, it is removed from heat and allowed to cool.
Step 6 : When serving, pour it into glasses with ice.
