2 liters of Milk

4 Cinnamon sticks

2 Egg yolks

1 teaspoon of Cornstarch

1 Bottle of singani

1 Drop of vanilla

4 tablespoons of Sugar

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this dessert, start by boiling the milk with the cinnamon in a pot.

Step 2 : Before removing from the heat, add the cornstarch previously dissolved in a little cold water, allowing it to boil for a few more minutes.

Step 3 : After removing the mixture from the heat, add the beaten egg yolks with a little cold milk.

Step 4 : Then, beat the mixture well, adding sugar and vanilla.

Step 5 : Another option is to make this preparation with condensed milk instead of sugar.
