Ingredients

10 liters of Water
1 kilogram of Special corn flour for Hydration
¼ kilogram of Corn flour
Clove
2 Cinnamon sticks
Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious porridge, first soak the corn.
Step 2 : Then, place water in a large pot and bring it to a boil.
Step 3 : Once the water is boiling, add the previously soaked corn, along with the clove and cinnamon.
Step 4 : Let the mixture boil until the corn is tender.
Step 5 : Meanwhile, dissolve the flour in a little cold water and add it to the pot, stirring constantly to prevent sticking.
Step 6 : Allow the mixture to boil for a few more minutes until it thickens.
Step 7 : Finally, the porridge is ready to be served as a refreshing drink.
Step 8 : You can sweeten it to taste with sugar, and enjoy this traditional Latin American recipe!
