Ingredients
¼ kilogram of Purple grape
2 liters of Water
1 cup of Sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare the refresco, it is necessary to do so at least 4 days in advance.
Step 2 : First, remove the grapes from their stems and then wash them with boiled water.
Step 3 : Next, blend the grapes in a quarter liter of water until the skins and seeds are dissolved.
Step 4 : Then, strain the mixture and discard the solid residues.
Step 5 : Afterwards, add sugar to taste, avoiding excess.
Step 6 : The next step is to pour the prepared mixture into boiled water and let it macerate in a shaded place at room temperature.
Step 7 : Finally, the drink should be served preferably cold.
