Ingredients

¾ kilogram of Purple corn

1 kilogram of Cooking apples (only the skins)

1 Large pineapple (only the skin)

4 Lemons

1 cup of Sugar

4 Cloves

1 Cinnamon stick

4 liters of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : In a large pot, boil the purple corn, apple skins, pineapple skins, cinnamon, and cloves with 3 liters of water.

Step 2 : Cook covered over low heat for 45 minutes, then strain, reserving this liquid.

Step 3 : Bring the skins back to a boil with 1.5 liters of water over low heat and cook covered for another 45 minutes.

Step 4 : Strain and combine with the previous liquid.

Step 5 : Add sugar to taste and lemon juice, then serve chilled.

Step 6 : It is recommended to add sugar and lemon only in the amount that will be consumed immediately.

Step 7 : The unfixed beverage can be stored in the refrigerator for several days.

Step 8 : Before serving, chop the apple and pineapple pulp into small dice and add to the drink when serving.
