Chicha Camba
Ingredients
1 cup of Rice
1 cup of Milk
1 cup of Evaporated milk
1 liter of Water
1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence
Sugar
1 Cinnamon stick
Ground cinnamon
Condensed milk
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious chicha, first soak the rice in water for about 12 hours to soften the grains.
Step 2 : Then, wash and drain the rice.
Step 3 : In a pot on the stove, combine the rice with the liter of water, vanilla, and cinnamon stick, and cook until the rice is soft.
Step 4 : Once cooked, remove from heat and let it cool.
Step 5 : Then, remove the cinnamon stick and cloves, and process the cooked rice with the water, along with the milk and evaporated milk.
Step 6 : Sweeten the chicha to taste.
Step 7 : Place it in the refrigerator for a few hours to chill well.
Step 8 : Finally, serve in glasses with ice and decorate with ground cinnamon or condensed milk as desired.
