150 grams of White cornmeal

3 Cinnamon sticks

4 Cloves

4 liters of Water

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place water over heat along with the cinnamon and cloves.

Step 2 : Once the water begins to boil, add the previously dissolved cornmeal in a little water, stirring constantly until it boils again to prevent burning.

Step 3 : Cook the mixture for 20 minutes over low heat, then remove from the stove and add sugar to taste.

Step 4 : Serve hot and, if possible, accompanied by traditional cheese cake or a bun.
