Andean Chicha
Ingredients
1 cup of Corn flour
1 ½ cup of Rice cream
4 cups of Rallied chancaca
Clove powder
Cinnamon
6 cups of Fermented pineapple juice
Preparation
Step 1 : In a container, pour the cups of fermented pineapple juice.
Step 2 : Gradually add the corn flour and rice cream, stirring constantly until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
Step 3 : Bring the mixture to a low heat, stirring constantly until it boils, then let it cool.
Step 4 : In another separate container, combine the water with the rallied chancaca and cloves.
Step 5 : Heat this mixture and let it boil for about 10 minutes.
Step 6 : Then, allow it to cool.
Step 7 : Once both mixtures are cooled, carefully combine them until fully integrated.
Step 8 : The preparation can be strained or blended for a smoother texture.
Step 9 : Finally, let it cool before serving.
