Ingredients

1 cup of rice

3 cups of water

1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

1 small cinnamon stick

1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

1 cup of milk

1 cup of evaporated milk

1 cup of condensed milk

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place one cup of rice, previously washed, along with three cups of water and a small cinnamon stick to cook.

Step 2 : Once the rice is cooked and slightly watery, remove the cinnamon stick and add vanilla essence, liquid milk, evaporated milk, and condensed milk, mixing gently.

Step 3 : Allow the mixture to cool.

Step 4 : You can serve this dessert in individual cups and sprinkle a little ground cinnamon on each.

Step 5 : It can be served cold or warm.
