To prepare this delicious dessert, start by making the caramel and coating the bottom of the mold.
Then, mix the remaining ingredients until smooth, and carefully add the strained pumpkin.
After baking at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes, let it cool, unmold, and decorate with shredded coconut.

Ingredients
1 cup of Cooked pumpkin purée
1 cup of Sugar
2 Well-beaten eggs
¼ cup of Flour
Vanilla essence
½ cup of Milk
1 pinch of Salt
1 tablespoon of Butter
5 milliliters of Lemon juice
1 tablespoon of Shredded coconut
Preparation
Step 1 : To prepare this delicious dessert, start by making the caramel with a quarter cup of sugar and coat the bottom of a bundt pan or individual molds.
Step 2 : In a mold, mix the remaining sugar, flour, vanilla, milk, salt, butter, and lemon juice until you get a smooth mixture.
Step 3 : Then, add the strained pumpkin to the mixture carefully and mix well.
Step 4 : Pour this mixture into the bundt pan with the caramel and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 35 to 40 minutes.
Step 5 : To check if it’s cooked, insert a knife and verify that it comes out clean.
Step 6 : Once cooked, let the dessert cool and then unmold it onto a flat dish.
Step 7 : Finally, decorate with shredded coconut.
