Peach Jam is a treasure of Bolivian cuisine, with its sweet flavor and smooth texture. The magic begins when mashing the peaches and cooking them slowly with sugar until reaching that perfect point that makes it a true delicacy. A homemade delight worth enjoying.
To prepare Peach Jam, the peaches are peeled and mashed before being cooked slowly in a pot.
Once cooked and their juice is released, they are mixed with sugar in a one-to-one ratio, sweetening to taste.
