Ingredients
12 Whole eggs
4 cups of Milk
2 cups of Granulated sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : In a dish, place the twelve eggs and beat lightly until the whites and yolks are combined.
Step 2 : Add the sugar and milk to the egg mixture, and mix very well until they are fully incorporated.
Step 3 : Pour the mixture into a mold and bake at a moderate temperature in a European oven at 200°C or in an American oven at 392°F, for approximately one hour.
Step 4 : Once cooked, remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
